Free Property Tax Reassessment Application
Depending on when you bought your home, your assessed value may be greater than the actual value of your home. If this is the case, you may be eligible to apply for a reassessment to lower your property taxes. I’ll prepare the application . . . all you have to do is send it in.

First-Time-Buyer Workshops
Buying a home for the first-time can be a daunting and confusing process. It’s best to go into your first purchase well armed with information. I’m happy to sit down with you, discuss the buying and lending processes, talk about the market, answer your questions, and eliminate future surprises. This workshop typically lasts two hours. The buyers who take advantage of this "preventative medicine" usually have much smoother purchases than those who don’t.
School Searches
If schools are a major concern, I’m the REALTOR for you. I have access to school ranking data and school attendance boundary maps. I’ll work with you to narrow your search to a handful of schools. Then, along with your basic search criteria, I’ll use a mapping feature on the MLS to only include homes within the attendance boundaries of the schools you’ve selected.
Purchasing Power Report
Thinking about buying, but wondering how much you can afford? With some basic financial information I can estimate your purchasing power, monthly payments and closing costs. From there I’ll put together a report of what you can afford in various areas around the County.
